Fish & Spritz is the perfect prelude to summer at Brisbane's most talked about seafood restaurant and bar, One Fish Two Fish at Kangaroo Point.
For lunch from Friday to Sunday throughout November, diners will enjoy a tasting menu of delectable seafood to be washed down with refreshing spritzes.
Starting with oysters with lime granita, guests will be taken on a fishy journey, enjoying whole cooked Mooloolaba prawns with sriracha and lime aioli and Tasmanian salmon sashimi with soy, ginger, and garlic dressing. To follow there's crumbed flounder charcoal bao buns with pickled veg, chilli and coriander, and prawn dumplings with steamed rice, green curry and Asian herbs, before the feast finishes with black salt and pepper calamari with fried garlic and squid ink aioli.
Whilst the seafood is the star of the show, the classic Aperol is set to make a splash, joined by some unique spritz offerings, including limoncello, pink peach, cucumber and mint, and Campari spritzes.
Need to know - Guests have the choice of a six-course tasting menu with a spritz on arrival for $55, or a six-course tasting menu with two hours of bottomless spritz for $79. Bookings are available Fri-Sun from 12-4pm and bottomless spritzes are served from 12.30-2.30pm.
