Ginfused Festival

Gin lovers are getting a dedicated festival to celebrate all things botanical under the fairy lights at Pig ‘N’ Whistle Brunswick Street on Saturday 27 March, 2021, from 1- 6pm.

The Ginfused Festival will be a collaboration featuring some of Australia's finest distilleries, joining forces to celebrate all things botanical, with artisan gin tastings, cocktail masterclasses, charcuterie boards, live music and plenty of G&Ts.

The Pig ‘N’ Whistle Brunswick Street popular garden will be transformed into a gin-lovers dreamland, with all of the world’s best gins attending, including Winston Quinn, Australian Distilling Co, Laceys Hill Distilling Co, Noosa Heads Distillery, 23rd Street Gin, Mr Consistent, Cavu Distilling, Four Pillars, Manly Spirits and many more.

To accompany, there will be charcuterie boards available with all your favourite cured meats, farmhouse cheeses, dips, sourdough and more.
