Veuve Clicquot in the Snow at Customs House is Brisbane's must-visit Aspen chalet-inspired pop-up bar, with glamorous riverside igloos, premium champagne, cocktails and a warming winter menu from May 18, 2023.

Visitors will enjoy intimate views overlooking the river and Story Bridge, snuggled under a faux-fur blanket while sipping Veuve Clicquot by the glass, bottle or magnum, in cosy igloos.

The drinks menu will also feature Australian, New Zealand and French wines alongside winter-worthy cocktails like Berries and Bubbles with fresh raspberry, lemon juice, Belvedere Pure and topped with Veuve Clicquot Brut; or the Hennessy Old Fashioned with Angostura Bitters, sugar and orange twist.

The menu boasts a Moreton Bay bug croissant with lime and dill mayo, buttery Oscietra Caviar, Tasmanian Pacific Oysters, and a baked whole brie that oozes with every bite. English, Italian, and Australian cheeses are also available.

Need to know - While walk-ins are welcome at the Veuve Clicquot In The Snow pop-up bar, individual igloos can also be exclusively booked for a luxe winter experience. A minimum spend of $80 per person will apply, with a minimum booking of six required and parties snow-capped at 10.
