BISHNU'S HIMALAYAN KITCHEN HAS CHANGED HANDS AND IS NOW HELLO HIMALAYAN.
Bishnu's Himalayan Kitchen brings all the colours and flavours of Nepal and India to Stafford Heights.
With bright red doors and lined with purple walls, this little shop makes a great location for an evening dine-in or take-away meal.
Highlights of Bishnu's Himalayan Kitchen menu include traditional Nepalese aloo ko achar (spicy potato salad), momos (Tibetan dumplings), Nepalese goat curry, Rajasthani beef, Tiger prawn vindaloo, fish Kolkota (Barramundi), and chicken Nilgiri.
Bishnu's Himalayan Kitchen also has a fully licensed bar and serves traditional Indian sweets such as home-made gulab jamun and mango kulfi.
