The final instalment of the popular Cheese & Wine series for 2018 makes the perfect pre-Christmas gathering for friends, family or work colleagues.
The grand heritage-listed hotel's entire ground floor will be decked out for the occasion with cheese sampling stations and wine tastings, from some of Australia's most prestigious wine and produce regions.
As well as cheese, there'll be delectable antipasto and sweet Christmas treats available at the grazing stations and live entertainment will be happening throughout the evening.
