El Rosa
Fortitude Valley
EL ROSA HAS CLOSED.
El’ Rosa is a cute, pastel pink, courtyard café found on James Street in Fortitude Valley.
Perched on the corner of James and Harcourt Streets, adjacent to Arc + Family’s hand painted designer pot shop, this tropical, pink paradise would have to be Brisbane’s most instagrammable café.
When the pretty, pink space isn’t booked for photo-shoots or private events, patrons can relax on the sun-dappled patio sipping specialty, pink drinks.
Try a Unicorn hot chocolate topped with pink whipped cream, white chocolate flake, mini-marshmallows and sprinkles, or El’ Rosa Shake & Bake strawberry and vanilla milkshake with custom made pink cookie and white chocolate flake.
For something slightly more sophisticated there’s J’Adore Dior (French earl grey tea and rose water frappe topped with pink cream and fairy floss) and Madame Dry (sparkling rose water served in a crystal chalice with flower infused ice cubes).
El’ Rosa’s most popular concoction though is St Louis. Also known as the Bestie Bev, this drink is made for sharing - an affogato topped with pink cream, macaroons, Persian fairy floss, wafer, white chocolate and edible gold.
