Cheers to Mum High Tea at Hibiscus Room - 12pm-4pm, $55 per person

Treat Mum to High Tea on the rooftop terrace at Hibiscus Room, from delicious warm scones to savoury delights like Tasmanian smoked salmon gravlax with dill cream cheese and beetroot caviar; traditional egg, mayo, and cheddar sandwiches; and chicken truffle wraps.

Decadent sweets include raspberry and coconut slice with crunchy crystallised flakes; dark chocolate tart with spiced plum compote; and sticky date pudding. 

High Tea includes barista coffee and specialty tea, plus a complimentary glass of Wildflower rosé wine.

Mother’s Day Lunch at Lennons - 12pm-3pm, $89 per person

Celebrate Mum with a feast of seafood and seasonal produce, with a delicious 3-course lunch at Lennons Restaurant & Bar.

Guests will enjoy seared scallops with crispy pancetta or buffalo mozzarella with Heirloom cherry tomatoes, basil oil, and Gran Reserva 25 Anos Balsamico XO for entrée.

Then indulge in your choice of slow cooked rack of lamb or roast pumpkin and truffle risotto. But be sure to save room for dessert - dark chocolate, rose and raspberry tart.

Mums will also be treated to a complimentary glass of Wildflower rosé wine.
