NOM NOM CAFE IN SALISBURY HAS PERMANENTLY CLOSED.
Nom Nom Cafe is an aptly named Salisbury eatery that serves Vietnamese street style food for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
With indoor and outdoor dining, Nom Nom is open daily from 7:30am. Breakfast fare ranges from fruit salad and chia seed pudding to French toast with Greek yoghurt, cinnamon sugar and house made berry compote and Morning Saigon meal with homemade meatballs in tomato sauce, Viet-style steak, fried egg and chicken pate served in a sizzling hot plate with French baguette.
Lunch options include traditional dishes like fresh rice paper rolls, Vietnamese noodle salad, banh mi – baguettes with fillings like lemongrass beef balls, honey pork patties and crackling roast pork – and the recommended Just Pho You noodle soup, slow cooked for up to twenty hours.
Dinner is served on Wednesday to Saturday nights from 5 to 9pm. All your favourite lunch items are available in addition to dishes like Vietnamese chicken curry, slow-braised beef brisket, five spice caramelised pork ribs and pan-fried ginger and shallot barramundi.
Nom Nom is also a great place to enjoy a well-brewed Merlo coffee or Vietnamese iced coffee with a selection of treats on offer: melting moments, carrot cake, caramel slice and sticky date pudding to name a few.
