Pause Restaurant provides the perfect foodie excuse to head to Samford Valley and take some time out in the fresh country air.

Here's a unique place to stop and enjoy an aperitivo on the sunset deck, pizza in the beer garden or a delicious Italian dinner, and, on Sundays, a long lunch.

The Italian restaurant is open evenings from Wednesday to Sunday for a more formal dinner (as well as lunch Friday to Sunday) or, for something casual you can enjoy a gourmet wood-fired pizza from 12pm Wednesday to Sunday in the beer garden.

The dinner menu at Pause Restaurant is filled with seasonal, locally sourced produce with dishes such as mixed seafood arancini with squid ink crumb and black aioli; long braised lamb in thyme, olives and zucchini on fresh artisan spaghetti; or grilled gold band snapper with beetroot mash and lemon grilled greens.

A range of Ocean View craft beers, local and international wines, and an extensive range of cocktails are available at Pause's fully licensed bar.
