A trailblazing fusion of dance, theatre, art and music is set to ignite Northshore Brisbane in September, when Salamander makes its world premiere as part of Brisbane Festival.

Step into an extraordinary climate-fiction dreamscape as one of the warehouses at Northshore Brisbane is transformed into a fully immersive environment of light, sound, design, and movement.

Prepare to be spellbound by Es Devlin’s kinetic sculptures that bring life to this breathtaking flooded landscape. The compelling narrative is the brainchild of the renowned Maxine Doyle, and comes alive with the help of an energetic ensemble of international, national, and local dancers.

The performance is further elevated by the haunting melodies of the extraordinary Australian composer and singer, Rachael Dease.

The atmospheric lighting by Ben Hughes and transformative costumes by Bruce McKinven set the stage for Salamander - a performance that challenges the boundaries of theatre, dance, and installation art.

Salamander isn’t just any event; it’s a haunting exploration into a possible future. Secure your spot to experience the spectacular #SalamanderExperience at Northshore Brisbane in September!
