The Star Brisbane's stunning Japanese culinary destination Sokyo is dishing up a sake experience like no other, combining Sokyo's opulent menu with premium sake. 

Elevate your dining experience with seven sumptuous courses, paired perfectly with six premium sakes for $160pp.

Start your culinary journey with Sokyo's signature Toothfish Korokke, Steak Tartare and Kingfish Miso Ceviche, paired with a refreshing and slightly sweet sparkling sake. Your next course will be a Kisu Tempura with a semi-dry, full bodied sake, followed by a Sokyo favourite - Miso Glazed Toothfish with Japanese Salsa and Pickled Cucumber paired with a fruity, savoury umami-style sake.

Larger plates include the wagyu striploin 3+ with wasabi sauce and grilled cabbage, paired with a full bodied sake with notes of honey and nuts and a crisp finish. The savoury feasting festivities will conclude with Sokyo's chef's selection sushi, paired with a clean, crisp and super dry sake.

Sweet tooths will salivate over Sokyo's mochi ice cream with frozen strawberry milkshake ice cream and caramel macchiato with caramel mousse, coffee ice cream and whisky foam. Finish your sake experience with a choice of two sakes - a black sugar sake with Japanese Ume Fruit, Cane Spirit and Dark Rum or a refreshing citrus and fresh Yuzu juice sake.
