Sing's Asian Kitchen

Rosalie

Updated: Mar 12, 2024

Sing’s Asian Kitchen at Rosalie is one of the inner west’s long-lasting gems - a perpetually buzzy Pan Asian eatery that is testament to great things found in plain packages.

The menu, which incorporates Thai, Chinese and Vietnamese, is not for the indecisive, with 80+ items all up and ranging in price from $5 to $25. And with most mains averaging around $18, Sing’s is one of the best value restaurants in town.

Given that there is no dish likely to disappoint, some of the standout offerings are the Green Lemongrass seafood, Saw Leaves Coconut Fish and the Red Curry Duck. The Pad Thai is amongst the best this side of the river, as is the Laksa and there are plenty of top vegetarian options too.

Despite it’s popularity with locals and the subsequent sea of diners that packs into the tight space on weekend nights, service is highly efficient and presentation of meals first class.
