Brisbane’s newest Italian eatery Ovello Bar & Kitchen is opening its doors next month at South Bank and launching Australia’s largest spritz menu – including a lavish $299 tipple set to blow the minds of even the most passionate spritz connoisseurs.
The new venue below Mantra South Bank also offers a coastal Italian menu which includes fresh calamari fritti, gooey burrata, and stone baked fresh pizza made with a 37-year-old mother dough.
But it’s the spritzes that are designed to be the highlight, with the menu boasting more than 14 variations of the Italian classic including Australia’s most expensive spritz soaked in Dom Perignon champagne at $299!
Ovello Bar & Kitchen is set to open February 9 2023 for breakfast daily and dinner Tuesday through Saturday.
