In celebration of Ekka, Spicers Balfour Hotel is serving up a sweet slice of nostalgia for breakfast with its Strawberry Sundae French Toast.

A breakfast twist on the much-loved Strawberry Sundae made famous at Ekka, Spicers's fluffy French toast is layered with house-made strawberry ice cream, luscious strawberry compote and whipped coconut.

The scrumptious Strawberry Sundae-inspired treat will be available for breakfast daily from Saturday, August 9 to Sunday, August 17, for $20pp.
