Museum of Brisbane’s popular Walking Tours are back! Since 2020, MoB's walking tour program has welcomed thousands of locals and visitors to take a walk through our city's remarkable past.

From architecture and art, to design and history, experience Brisbane from a unique perspective with a tour tailored to your interests and explore sites of cultural and historical significance, including City Hall, City Botanic Gardens, Anzac Square, Regent Theatre, Commissariat Store and much more.

Walking with Vida - Select Saturdays for a limited season, 10am-11:30am 

Step back in time and explore City Hall and beyond, through the eyes of Vida Lahey, one of Brisbane’s most celebrated artists and advocates. In this fully immersive theatrical walking-tour performance, you’ll be transported to the places that influenced Vida, and learn about the personal stories behind some of Brisbane City's most iconic sites.

History on the Hill - Select Tuesdays, 9:30am-12pm 

Set against the picturesque backdrop of one of Brisbane’s most iconic suburbs, History on the Hill is an interactive walking tour that lifts the lid on the hidden histories of Spring Hill.

Tickets: Adult $35, MoB Members $30

Walking in Wartime - Select Sundays, 10:30am-12pm 

Be transported back in time to the age of jazz music, Yankee soldiers, and the infamous Battle of Brisbane with Walking in Wartime. This engaging tour will lead you around the city and into  the past.

Brisbane City Walking Tour: Past and Present - Select Fridays & Saturdays, 10:30am-12pm 

Peel back the layers of Brisbane’s culture by delving into stories of traditional custodians, convicts, public art, and one of Brisbane’s towering cathedrals. Then, explore artistic interpretations with a short walk through MoB's exhibition, Making Place: 100 Views of Brisbane.
