Hikari Ramen is an authentic Japanese-style restaurant in Orion Springfield Central, specialising in delicious homemade tonkotsu (pork bone broth) ramen, along with vegetarian options.
Bowls of ramen noodles range from soft shell crab to karaage (chicken) to hiyashi (chilled) and black garlic, kimchi (pickled cabbage), spicy miso and chashu (marinated braised pork).
Aside from ramen, Hikari Ramen also serve gyoza (dumplings), agadashi tofu, chicken katsu curry (with rice), teriyaki chicken udon noodles and okonomiyaki sticks. Beverages at Hikari Ramen include Asahi beer, imported Japanese soft drinks and green tea.
