Banneton Bakery warehouse and cafe in Woolloongabba specialises in everything sourdough, baked to perfection in a wood-fired oven and free of artificial additives.

Come for the daily supply of crafted bagels, baguettes, rye loaves, ciabatta or foccacia and stay for a coffee and a delicious croissant, tarte or pain au chocolat.

Situated as it is near a handful of ethnic providores in the line-up of Balaclava St warehouses, stock up on cheeses, spices and deli products or assemble a feast whilst there.
