Owner and pastry chef Paul Edwards is the artisan baker both behind and fronting this outfit, along with his partner who serves up the organic Coast coffee to accompany the to-die-for biscuits.

Whilst most of his trade is wholesale, keeping the shortbread fraternity happy in nearby haunts such as Idea Caffe and The Coffee Guy, all of his handmade biscuits are also for sale to eat in or take away from BMB.

And the secret to the superior tastes of his melting moments, passionfruit creams, macadamia & white chocolate or Belgian roasted hazelnut cookies? The use of good old-fashioned butter as a base ingredient.

Drop by on Mondays for a $2 all day coffee or Fridays for the lavender flower with quince and lemon shortbreads.
