Celebrate the special women in your life this Mother’s Day weekend with some tasty treats, quality time and a family-friendly flick (or two!) under the stars at Victoria Park's special Movie with Mum on Saturday, May 13.

The evening, which is free to attend, begins with food trucks from 5:30pm, plus two movie screenings: The Incredibles (PG) at 6:30pm; and Freaky Friday (PG) at 8:30pm.

Need to know - No bookings required. Leashed pets are welcome, plus bring your own picnic if you please. Key essentials to pack for the night include a picnic blanket and insect repellent. Chairs are welcome but must be positioned at the back to ensure visibility for all patrons.

Getting there - Parking for the event is available on Gilchrist Avenue, but you can also walk, cycle or arrive by public transport. The nearest bus stop is Herston via the Inner Northern Busway – visit Translink.com.au for more information.
