The ultimate sweet tooth fantasy, The Eucalyptus Room is the work of esteemed chef-owner Andrew, whose neigbouring 14-seat degustation restaurant, Perspective Dining, is renowned as one of Brisbane's top foodie haunts.

Seated around one expansive table in the charming high-ceilinged room, diners are treated to a one and a half hour bespoke seven-course dessert degustation that transcends traditional boundaries, adding a unique and exciting dimension to Brisbane's culinary scene.

Menus change seasonally and according to availablility of ingredients, starting with the likes of Brand I Butter -  brown butter, nashi and pickled walnut.

This is followed by Golden Meringue (fizzy honeycomb, white chocolate, passionfruit); Donut (yuzu, smoked honey, macadamia, cracking) and Strawberries (strawbery ripple, basil seed, chocolate roast).

Lastly there's the divine Sandwich (lamington ice-cream, beetroot); Lemonade Spider (lemonades, lavender, marmalade). and the heavenly Chocolate (earth, air, smoke, wind).

Need to know - The Dessert Degustation is available as a 'day experience at 12.20pm on Friday and Saturday or as an 'evening experience' from Wednesday to Saturday, with two sittings - 6.30pm or 9pm,
