The Paddock Restaurant is a first class restaurant and bar is set in the beautiful surrounds of luxury Hazelwood Estate in Beechmont, the Scenic Rim.

The stunning architecturally designed venue has a farmhouse aesthetic, featuring soaring ceilings, a large fireplace and floor-to-ceiling glass windows with views across the rolling green hills of the estate.

Furniture is sourced from local makers Currumbin Woodworks, with custom pendants from Giffin Design in Melbourne and hardware from Sibilla Court (The Society Inc) in Sydney, while photographs from Ascot-based photographer Kara Rosenlund grace the walls in the main dining area, which seats 40 for lunch or dinner.

Former Spicers Group Executive Chef and Churchill Fellowship award winner and Chef in Residence, Cameron Matthews brings with him an original take on casual fine dining, delivering a menu of local seasonal produce.

The menu is built around food sourced from local markets, Hazlewood's very own market garden and beehives, and premier Australian producers.

Customers can expect everything from Matthew’s renowned beef tartare to lamb cutlets with Towri fetta and macadamia cream and a rustic farmer’s breakfast platter featuring black pudding pancakes, red onion jam and lardo.

Resident sommelier, Luis Buchan has carefully curated a selection of the best drops from each of Australia’s renowned wine regions as well as European variants including Barolo, Chianti and Sancerre and top Australian brews.
