Oh My Bread!
Grange
Crust & Co has been reincarnated as Oh My Bread, a brand new French artisan bakery on Brisbane's northside, offering a delectable selection of flaky croissants, pastries, breads and more.
Following the devastating floods of 2022, French baker/owner Sebastien Pisasale permanently closed Crust & Co in Newstead, but has recently relocated and reopened as Oh My Bread! in Grange (next to Huskk Cafe) with lucky locals queuing for its tasty treats such as pistachio croissants, pain au chocolat, and fruit danishes.
Everything is baked on-site by Sebastien and his head baker Trifide Belkacemi, using authentic French recipes and traditional baking techniques.
Inside the tiny patisserie, you'll find a cabinet filled with sweet and savoury delights, with rows of artisan breads -think loaves of sourdough, wholemeal, dark rye and sesame baguettes - fill a wall behind the counter.
Nice to know - There's a bench in front of Oh My Bread! where customers can take a seat and enjoy their freshly baked treat along with a well-brewed coffee from Huskk.
Need to know - Oh My Bread! is currently accepting cash payments only until its eftpos facilities arrive.
