Indulge in a sumptuous Italian Long Lunch with family or friends at Cucina Regina, The Star Brisbane's stunning Italian restaurant, on Sunday, June 29.

Celebrating lazy long Sunday afternoons spent around the table, Italian style, the lunch will feature a four-course feast designed to be shared, with 3 hours of Dal Zotto wines and live entertainment. Guests will be treated to a premium curated selection of delicious comfort food, created by Cucina Regina's Head Chef Davide and his dedicated team.

On the menu, the first course selection will include Focaccia Romana (with rosemary, garlic oil & sea salt); mortadella with cracked pepper; mushroom & peppers; calamari (loligo squid with dill, aioli & lemon); and Burrata (EVOO, confit cherry tomatoes, smoked salt, crispy basil).

Second course options include Rigatoni (Carbonara Romana, guanciale, thyme, egg yolk & pecorino); Agnolotti (salted ricotta, roasted pumpkin & sage brown butter); and Pizza Margherita (basil, fior de latte & EVOO).

Next you'll enjoy House Specialty Veal Scalloppine (Northern Rivers veal, creamy marsala, field mushrooms, crispy lemon & garlic potato & broccolini) with a side of Rocket Salad (Parmigiano Reggiano, pear & aged balsamic). And to finish, there's delectable Tiramisu.
