Moggill Sunday Farm Day

Looking for the perfect family day out surrounded by adorable animals? Moggill Sunday Farm Day is back on Sunday, March 2 at 1:00pm, offering an unforgettable farm experience in the stunning south west region.

Hosted by Heritage Poultry, this event is the perfect escape from the city, where kids and adults alike can enjoy hands-on animal encounters, fresh country air, and a relaxed, fun-filled atmosphere. 

One of the biggest highlights of Sunday Farm Day is the animal nursery, where children can interact with baby lambs, goats, piglets, and more. The chick and duckling holding area lets little hands gently hold and admire these tiny creatures, while silkie chickens are always happy for a cuddle. 

For even more fun, pony rides and face painting will be available, making it a magical experience for kids of all ages. The event offers a unique chance to see what life is like on a working farm while enjoying plenty of wide-open green space.

No farm adventure is complete without delicious food! Grab a freshly brewed coffee and a sausage sizzle, or cool off with a treat from the ice cream van—perfect for the warmer weather. 

You can also browse and purchase fresh poultry and produce straight from the farm. Bring along your picnic blankets and settle in for a relaxing afternoon surrounded by nature, friendly animals, and a welcoming community atmosphere.
