The Library Shop

South Bank

Updated: Nov 18, 2018

There is far more to the collection than can be found on the shelves at this fantastic little shop under the State Library.

Purchases are not limited to what’s in store where the shelves are stacked with new releases sitting alongside established titles. With an emphasis on Queensland, Indigenous culture, history and fiction these genres are supplemented with a brilliant selection of quality children’s art, craft and story books as well as an interesting and creative little cache of cards and gifts.

If it’s not in the shop or even if a book is out of print don’t hesitate to ask the staff who will endeavour to obtain it for you.
