Seasonal fare includes raw fish such as NQ cobia ceviche and tuna carpaccio, and from the garden there’s roasted baby beetroot with torched goat’s cheese and pistachio, and new season nectarines with Persian camel fetta and blistered cherry tomatoes.

Succulent seafood ranges from stuffed chilli crabs and coconut crusted drunken prawns to pan-seared cuttlefish and WA baby octopus. For meat lovers, there’s Milly Hill lamb cutlets, or enjoy both and order From Paddock to Sea – rare-roasted Maleny Black Angus tenderloin with charred split king prawns.

The comprehensive drinks list includes non-alcoholic cocktails (crafted with Seedlip, the world’s first non-alcoholic spirit), low-alcohol cocktails, and seasonal house cocktails like Hello Gorgeous Gimlet and Tiny Dancer - Hayman’s Old Tom gin and Joseph Cartron watermelon liqueur served with a slice of fresh watermelon.
