Nusa Dining is a sleek contemporary Indonesian Grill and Rijstaffel restaurant, the first of its kind in Australia, located in South Brisbane.

Taking diners on a culinary trip through the regions of Indonesia including the spices of Sumatra, sweet flavours of Yogyakarta and the succulent tastes of  Balinese grill, Nusa Dining's signature dining experience is the Rijsttafel, a traditional and elaborate feast that translates from Dutch to 'rice table'.

The Rijsttafel is available for dinner only, with a delectable bounty of meat & poultry, seafood, charcoal grill and vegetarian choices on offer. Dishes include the likes of Beef Chili Sambal Balado, Balinese pulled Spice Chicken, Mud Crab Saos Padang, Caramelised Chili Peanut Anchovy, Balinese Fish Satay, Jackfruit Galai and Stirfried Snakebean Tempeh.

The a la carte lunch menu, which is available for takeaway, includes rice dishes such as Nasi or Mie Goreng, Nasi Jinggo Ball; Nasi Padang Beef Palado and Nasi Padang Chicken Gulai. There's also soups (including chicken or tuna noodle), rice bowls (including spiced pulled chicken & beef rendang) as well as tradiitonal dessert drinks.

Nusa Dining is licensed, serving beers at lunchtime with wine, cocktails and Bintang beer available at dinner.

Need to know - On street metered parking is available on Boundary and Edmondstone Streets, with free undercover parkign at the nearby Soda Factory.
