The Queen's Wharf Heritage Walking Tour gives a fascinating insight into the hidden stories of Brisbane's development, from a Penal Settlement for repeat offending convicts to Australia's third largest city.

The Royal Historial Society of Queensland tour covers sixteen sites of historical significance, including eleven heritage listed buildings starting and finishing at the Commissariat Store, Queensland's oldest continuously inhabited building.

13. Queens Gardens
14. Treasury Building
15. Old Library Building
16. Miller Park & William Street Retaining Walls

Good to know - To ensure the safety of all individuals, the maximum number of participants for the tour is 20.
Need to know - Online bookings are preferred. You can also book when you visit the Commissariat Store Museum.
*$20 fee includes a tour of the convict and colonial museum in the Commissariat Building after the walking tour.
