Delicious Sweet and Sour Pork Tenderloin and Toffee Sweet Potato are cooked using traditional Shandong cuisine techniques, while Szechuan dishes include Beef Hot Pot and Szechuan Spicy Chicken.

For seafood fans, there's an abundance of fare - oysters, scallops, abalone, lobster, mud crab, coral trout and grilled barramundi, and Chef's Deep Fried King Prawns with Thousand Island sauce.

Plus, there's a variety of vegan dishes such as stir-fried seasonal vegetables and braised tofu with scallion.
