Christmas in Storyland

The fairytale tradition of Christmas in Storyland started at Brisbane City Hall in the 1930’s and was a Christmas institution for Brisbane families through to the mid 90s. 

And now, after more than two decades, it's back again at South Bank Piazza, where the special magic that is Christmas in Storyland will come to enchanted life on stage once again for 3 days, from December 10-12, 2021.

Featuring hundreds of talented young performers, a huge Christmas tree, an enchanting ‘once upon a time’ story, beautiful costumes, and an all singing, all dancing pantomime production, this is a must-see Christmas pantomime for the whole family. 

Experienced creatives and good friends Rachelle Conroy and Kim Bowkett are teaming up to bring the magic of Christmas to South Bank with the staging of this delightful children’s pantomime. Plus, Santa will be there too!
