The Brisbane Good Food and Wine Show is back for its 23rd year, taking over the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre from Oct 25-27 with star-studded chefs, delicious tastings, mouthwatering masterclasses and more!
This year’s event will feature some of Australia’s favourite chefs including Donna Hay and Miguel Maestre, alongside a range of edible events.
Sip, shop, snack and sample goodies from more than 300 local, interstate and international exhibitors which span from food and drink to lifestyle products, indulge in a delicious lunch and learn tips & tricks from an impressive list of celebrity chefs.
Other not-to-be-missed highlights of the show include the Harvery Norman Kitchen, where well-known chefs Donna Hay and Miguel Maestre will share their cooking secrets and recipe ideas, or the Australian Eggs Flip It Cooking Stage, a live cooking session with social media sensation George Georgievski and food expert Jane de Graaff.
Enhance your wine knowledge at the RIEDEL Drinks Lab. Sample various Australian wines while being entertained by a leading wine columnist. Wine lovers will also need to check out the Wine Selectors Tasting Rooms where the art of wine and food pairings will take centre stage.
Business Class ticketholders can indulge in an 'in-flight' inspired menu and premium drink options in the luxury of the VIP Lounge presented by Singapore Airlines, while culinary enthusiasts can browse cookbooks from their favourite chefs and visit the nearby signing area to get them autographed at the Dymocks Book Signing Stand.
Additionally, the popular DrinkWise tasting tracker scratchie cards returns, helping guests keep track of their tastings. Following Brisbane, the show will host Christmas Markets in Sydney and Melbourne.
