Mowbray Park Playground

East Brisbane

Updated: Nov 18, 2018

This playground is located in the beautiful fig shaded surrounds of Mowbray Park. And with a spongy base, shade sails, handy new amenities block and nautical theme it ticks all the boxes for the younger set.

Climb aboard the HMAS Mowbray, ring the ship's bell and walk the plank or have fun steering the wheel. There are also four slides, lots of interconnected bridges and ropes to climb, a first mate's hammock swing, some coloured abacus balls as well as the usual swings.

And nearby are plenty of giant figs to spread a rug and have a picnic under.
