Take the Wheel Pasta

Il Verde

Il Verde's famous cheese wheel pasta has returned to Brisbane for Take the Wheel nights on the first Wednesday of each month in their venue at King St Bowen Hills.

The masterful team was one of the first in Brisbane to introduce pasta served from a cheese wheel back in 2017, which quickly became an iconic food experience.

Cheese Wheel Pasta Il Verde

Kick off the evening with polenta chips and wood-fired focaccia, followed by the famous pasta served straight from a huge wheel of Parmigiano-Reggiano, table side and then delectable seasonal panna cotta served for dessert. Pair with a house wine or schooner of beer all for $55 per person and you are set for a true authentic Italian experience.

The Take the Wheel menu is available on the first Wednesday of every month for dinner with seatings from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. Bookings are required and can be made online through the Il Verde website. Bookings are essential!
