Pappa Roti

Eight Mile Plains

This tiny no frills bakery tucked in a mod little Asian shopping centre is one of a worldwide Malaysian chain that has become something of a global phenomenon. And all thanks to its star and only product – a sweet light bun (like a cross between a bun and a donut) whose unique more-ish flavour is due to the a coffee cream coating baked onto the outside.

Buy them freshly baked solo or add a cup of pearl tea, coffee or hot chocolate but just make sure you try one – for the price you can't go wrong.
