Local residents of Moreton Bay and prospective homeowners are invited to kickstart their homebuilding journey by attending the Élan by AVID Property Group’s Builder Expo on Saturday, February 15, 2025.

Starting from 9am, the Élan Builder Expo will feature pop-up displays from Australia's leading builders ready to showcase exclusive house and land packages - including Brighton Homes, Metricon, Plantation Homes, Coral Homes, Burbank, Simonds, Creation Homes, Dwyer Quality Homes and AUSMAR.

Attendees will have the opportunity to speak with builders and ask their burning questions about building their home, gain insight into homebuilding trends and explore special design features.
