The Heart Gallery is an innovative, free exhibition showcasing the works of local artists at Toowong Village from March 31 - May 31.

Running through the Easter school holidays, the exhibition will showcase ten incredibly talented artists, with a charity attached to each.

Iconic Brisbane sculptor David Joffe was commissioned by Toowong Village to create ten giant 2m high fibreglass hearts, each of which have been hand painted by the local Brisbane artists.

Each heart has been chosen by a local charity, with an online auction allowing anyone to bid via QR code to be the ultimate owner of a particular heart.

Good to know - David Joffe works out a five-acre property at Samford with multiple sculptors working alongside him. He is the exceptional fibreglass sculptor behind the dinosaurs at the QLD Museum, he’s worked on the face of Luna Park and has worked across Australia on a vast range of projects, with his work featured in parks, zoos and theme parks.

Need to know - Everyone is encouraged to come and view the exhibition, take photos with the hearts, and maybe even support a worthy Brisbane charity.
