THE DUGOUT ON ERNEST HAS BEEN REPLACED BY CHRISTINA'S VIBES CAFE.
The Dugout on Ernest espresso bar in South Brisbane is hitting home runs with locally roasted Rouge coffee, light snacks and sweet treats.
Built into a brick building beside historic St Clement's Catholic Church, this baseball-themed, bunker-style cafe features marbled flooring and exposed brickwork inside while outside a Frank & Mimi mural overlooks a cosy seating space.
Customers can sit in the shade or pull up a crate in the sunshine and enjoy a well-brewed cup of coffee and light snack like fresh fruit salad, bircher muesli, breakfast roll or ham and cheese croissant; while tasty treats include banana bread, chocolate brownies and homemade, healthy bliss balls by Brisbane's Miss Bliss.
Cold drinks include Artisan cold brew coffee, Phoenix organic cola and ginger beer and Charlie's Honest Fizz fruit-flavoured drinks.
