Amy Sergeantson Chocolate Factory

Albion

Amy Sargeantson is a secret chocolate factory tucked away in the back streets of Albion, offering an array of artisan chocolates to die for.

Amy, the bubbly brownie baker and chocolate maker (founder of Noosa Chocolate Factory  and The Dark Chocolatier) welcomes visitors to her chocolate-making premises, where patrons can sit at tables provided and enjoy a signature hot chocolate or locally-roasted Fonzie Abbott coffee, and indulge with a warm, fresh-baked dark chocolate brownie.

The cavernous warehouse features a no-frills, self-serve set up with metal shelves lined with cardboard boxes filled with little packages of hand-crafted, chocolate treats including milk, dark and white chocolate.

Chocoholics will salivate over the mouth-watering goodies on offer from milk chocolate covered peanuts, plump rum raisins, blueberries and coffee beans, to big blocks of caramel and sea salt milk chocolate.

Connoisseurs of dark chocolate take home chocolate-coated cherries and almonds, or for something unique there's dark chocolate slabs infused with cayenne chilli oil with an 10/10 heat factor.

While white chocolate enthusiasts can enjoy delicious Bowen mango or pineapple infused white chocolate
